Одеський пілав [Odessa cuisine]

Ось і скінчились теплі дні в Одесі.
Сподіваюсь ще трошки сонця ми побачимо хоч на День Незалежності.
Від теплих днів лишились не менш теплі спогади про те як я наловила мідій у морі.

Hope we will have much of sun at least on Ukrainian Independence Day.
But from hot days I have a lot of warm memories: I catched a lot of mussels in the Black Sea.

Про те, як ми їх помили, відварили та приготували одеський пілав.
А щоб скуштувати його або приготувати приїжджайте до Одеси ;)

We washed them, boiled and cooked traditional cuisine from Odessa (Odessa pilav). You will never try it in restaurants anywhere. This kind of cooking is only among Odessa citizens.
So come to Odessa and try the best.
It sounds like advertising, but pilav is really very delicious!
